The Phase 1 of Sobha Hartland Greens consists of a 134-unit Splendor building, 161-unit project and 7 retail areas. This phase was delivered in 2018. Second phase was finished in 2019 and third phase was finished last year. The full development includes a combination of a 14-storey twin tower complex and 16 8-storey buildings.
